• While all reasonable care has been taken in the compilation of website listings, Auckland Tourism and Visitors Trust are not liable (to the extend permitted by law) for any claim by you or any other person as a result of any service provided by them to you using the website listings (including any consequential loss to you or any other person).

Voucher Services

• Auckland Tourism and Visitors Trust (and their associated agents), act only on behalf of other companies who provide services to you. All tickets, coupons and exchange orders issued in respect of any services provided are subject to these terms and conditions.
• By dealing with Auckland Tourism and Visitors Trust, you agree that Auckland Tourism and Visitors Trust (and their agents, employees and independent contractors) are not responsible for:

  (a) any loss or damage whatsoever including loss of services and loss arising from negligence and/or from any and all damages resulting from death or personal injury, which you may sustain while engaged on any tour, means of transportation or other services covered by this voucher;

  (b) any loss, injury or damage resulting from Acts of God, breakdown of machinery or equipment, any delays or changes of itinerary, including any extra expense which you may incur as a result of any of these causes.

• This voucher entitles you only to the services up to the value specified in the voucher. All other costs associated with the service provided are your own responsibility.
• Where the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies, and the services are acquired by you for business purposes, you agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply. In all other circumstances nothing in these terms is intended to limit the rights of any consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
• This voucher can not be exchanged or refunded except in accordance with any rights you may have under the Fair Trading Act or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
• The supplier of services will collect this Voucher from the Client and return with Account to: AUCKLAND TOURISM AND VISITORS TRUST, PO BOX 5561, WELLESLEY STREET, AUCKLAND.

Cancellation and Amendment conditions

• Should you wish to amend or cancel your arrangements, cancellation and amendment fees will apply (minimum 15%). These fees exclude any supplier charges.
