Our team of experts are available seven days a week, 52 weeks a year to provide help and guidance on what Auckland has to offer. Tourism Auckland's Visitor Information Centres run under the i-SITE network, dedicated to providing you with free, friendly and objective information on local and nationwide attractions, transport and accommodation. The staff are trained to answer questions, give advice, book holiday requirements and share a few local secrets.

Alternatively visit one of Tourism Auckland's five Visitor Information Centres. The Visitor Information Centres are full of information on accommodation, transport, activities and more and the consultants are able to offer impartial advice as well as make a booking for you. The Visitor Centres are located in the atrium of SKYCITY, Princes Wharf, the International and Domestic terminals at Auckland Airport and Waiheke Island.
