MOTAT is an interactive museum that will take you and your family through a journey of change in New Zealand.

Explore one of the largest and most significant aviation collections in the Southern Hemisphere, housed in a multi-award winning Aviation Display Hall; take a 10 minute tram ride between MOTAT’s two sites (all included with admission); wander through the Victorian Village; or marvel at the collections of cars, fire engines, and telecommunications equipment spanning the decades.

Kids are well-catered for with a Mirror Maze, Tactile Dome, interactive science zone and Voyager1 4D simulator.

Located next to the beautiful Western Springs Park and the Auckland Zoo, MOTAT is the perfect day out, open every day (except Christmas Day).
