Why visit?

The North Harbour Stadium is located in the developing commercial and housing area of Albany. The stadium is home to North Harbour rugby and also hosts the occasional Auckland Blues and the Vodafone Warriors rugby matches. It is set to be the location for a number of the Rugby World Cup 2011 pool games.

At the heart of Albany is the Albany Lakes Civic Park next to the Wesfield Albany shopping mall. The park comprises of two new lakes which serve as both landscape features and stormwater ponds.
