Plan your trip on the right day and you’ll also catch the local farmers’ market that sells plentiful seasonal produce, so you can stock-up on your fresh fruit and veggies. Or just pop along to try the organic juice and munch on the freshly baked pastries. There’s also the Titirangi Village Market which has a selection of stalls that sell everything from jewellery and clothing to bath products and wood carvings.
Titirangi is also well-known in New Zealand for its world-class golf course which is ranked as one of the best in the country. Founded in 1909 the golf club is a private members club.
