Waiheke Walking Festival 2012
Walking Back To Happiness on the Waiheke Walking Festival, definitely a ‘Bucket List’ event this spring!
Spread over nine days, 40 free guided walks with something to suit everyone. New this year, three walks on Rorohara, private land unavailable other than during the festival.
The festival celebrates the quirkiness and beauty of Waiheke and has stamped the island firmly on the map as a walking destination.
This year you could find yourself walking next to TV travel presenter Marcus Lush or author Janet Hunt. Waiheke is always a wonderful surprise.
Walks are free and booking is essential.
