Family Time Picnic + a Lagoon Lights Experience

Start with a walk along the trails to take it all in. In the late afternoon, spread out a delicious picnic hamper on the lawn below Granny Ma's Self-Service tea and coffee hut. Engage in some simple games provided with the children or just take some time to enjoy the fresh air and the country vista. At dusk there is a Lagoon Lights Show around the Lagoon of The Star Children. It has storybook appeal with a little history, a little culture, lots of character and enchanting luminous moments. At 9 pm the show is followed by a Candy Lane Supper at Tree Heart Park headquarters and retail therapy at the Tree Heart Park shop for memorabilia, kiwiana, New Zealand botanical and Tree Heart Charm. Tree Heart Park- a place where time stands still.
