Pasifika Festival is one of the biggest multi-cultural events in New Zealand, and a wonderful chance to connect with huge crowds, whether you’re a performer wanting to make it big or you’re fundraising for your community.

Become a performer

Pasifika provides an opportunity for emerging artists to perform at the event through open auditions, which are held in November prior to Pasifika. 

In 2013 you will be able to watch the successful performers from the auditions on the Prosperity Stage on Saturday. You never know - you might see some of New Zealand’s next top artists perform!

Stallholders

Pasifika Festival offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with tens of thousands of people within just two days. The 2013 event will have a record number of stalls - to find out more about participating as a stallholder, click here.

There are four different types of stalls you can apply for:

1. Community stalls
   You can apply to have a stall at Pasifika delivering authentic food and craft. This is a significant opportunity to showcase your culture and to fundraise for your community group.
2. Not-for-profit stalls
   A not-for-profit stall allows registered charities to have an exhibitor presence at Pasifika over both days of the festival. This can be utilised as an exhibition site or to actively fundraise.
3. SME stalls
   Small businesses that align with the objectives of making the festival a more authentic experience can apply for a marquee at Pasifika, however please note final decisions will be made by the Pasifika team subject to the overall alignment with the event vision.
4. Information stalls
   An information site provides an entry point into the festival for local and central government departments and tertiary providers whose organisations wish to utilise Pasifika for the promotion of information that relates to the Pasifika audience. No products can be sold from an information site. Corporate brands are not able to purchase an information stall.
