Applications are now open for stallholder sites at the Auckland Diwali Festival 2020.
This year’s festival will be held on Saturday, 31 October and Sunday, 1 November at Aotea Square and Queen Street in Auckland’s city centre.
This free, family-friendly event is a highlight of Auckland’s Major Events calendar, and one of New Zealand’s largest cultural festivals.
The Auckland Diwali Festival is delivered by Auckland Tourism, Events & Economic Development (ATEED), on behalf of Auckland Council, in conjunction with founding partner Asia New Zealand Foundation.
The Auckland Diwali Festival will be delivered in line with Government event guidelines and advice at the time. ATEED is monitoring the Covid-19 situation closely. We will respond to changing circumstances if required
Stallholder site applications open:
Applications are now open for stallholder sites at the Auckland Diwali Festival 2020.As in previous years, stalls will operate from 12pm – 9pm on both festival days. There are five types of stalls available for the 2020 festival:
Food (vegetarian only, no eggs)
Retail (includes craft, clothes, jewellery etc)
The deadline for applications is Sunday 2 August 2020.
