Join us for this interactive two half day workshop in which we will explore and learn what exactly is Visual Merchandising and how, in this "Phygital World" it is so important to get it right.
Ideally targeted for anyone in Central Operations or Store Management positions, you will leave with a new found appreciation of the wider meaning of ‘Visual Merchandising’ and the impact that it has on the Customer Experience. You’ll also be introduced to the future of Visual Retailing, a technology that speeds up the process of creating a 3D Mockshop and produces Planograms, as well as improving 2 way communication between Head Office and Store teams. Come along, bring your VM manager (as this will be a great supportive environment for them to shine) and have some fun honing your understanding and skills to attract and increase your customers dwell time in store, exceeding their expectations and ultimately converting to sales.

About the presenters

Matt Hadley

Matt has had a hugely varied and successful 20+ years career with M&S in the UK and abroad, some time as a fashion stylist on TV and spending 13 years working as Head of Retail Design for The Warehouse Group, Throughout his career, he’s been lucky enough to design concepts stores for local and International brands, design and modernise over 150 stores and successfully head up projects delivering business unit initiatives, including the design and delivery of new clothing, home and tech fixtures and layouts. Working both locally and internationally, Matt’s passion is in delivering the optimum solution for the brand and the customer, whilst ensuring the voices and interests of the suppliers and all involved are heard.
