Our free workshop covers the ABCs of meditation - breathing and concentration techniques to remove stress and calm the mind; the use of creative visualisations and mantric chants; meditation in the spiritual heart centre; how to set up your own personal meditation program - plus discussion topics and pointers on using your meditation skills to really make a positive difference in your daily life.
