This class explores essential yoga practice to enhance: well-being, a good nights sleep, balance, agility, circulation and a calm mind. Beginners to yoga are very welcome.
Karla is an experienced teacher, she teaches retreats, workshops, yoga teacher trainings and private lessons throughout Auckland. She is inspired to share yoga adapted to each individual, enhancing the effects of the practice into everyday life.
Class size is limited to 16 students.
