Are you feeling tired, stressed out, have tight muscles, and want to improve your flexibility and strength, but not sure what to do?
Then come and join us for a complete Beginner Ashtanga Yoga class instructed by Sarah Zhang who is RYT500(h) certified.
Regular practice of Ashtanga Yoga will lead to improved body alignment, physical strength, flexibility, breath control, cardiovascular capacity, balance and muscle tone. You will lose excess mass/weight and this will help you to prevent injuries. In addition, your practice will reduce your anxiety and stress levels. As well as increase your daily focus and creativity.
The class will be held in a beautifully presented and child-friendly studio in Newton.
Things to be aware of:
- Bring your own mat.
- Bring a blanket or jacket to cover yourself for the relaxation part of the class.
- Barefoot during the class is recommended for safety.

- No drinking water during the class, but drink plenty after class.

Weekly Beginner Yoga Class
to heal and beautify your body, mind and soul. Those who visit us for the first time are always amazed and enlightened from the experience.
The Cambridge Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA) is the most widely recognised qualification for those entering the field of teaching English as a foreign language. It is recognised by language schools around the world.
This online course is designed for people whose English proficiency is sufficient to achieve their desired band score, but who want to improve their IELTS test-taking techniques.
The evening starts with the musical welcome by a guest musician at 8 pm. Then poetry night starts by a guest poet at 9pm.
What next? The stage is all yours.
All you need to do is let the staff member know you are keen to go on the stage.

8 pm - Improvers/Intermediate Level
