Carolyn is originally from Taiwan and has a background in Chinese medicine, therapeutic massage and aromatherapy. She is a registered yoga instructor who conducts weekly classes in Central Auckland with a holistic approach to teach therapeutic yoga.

First and Second Degree in Reiki Usui-System of Natural Healing
E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance
