This fun and the challenging beginner-level course focuses on the techniques used by circus performers on the ground and in the air. Circus classes are a fun and healthy way for kids of all ages to get super active, stay fit and make loads of new friends.
Through physical warm-ups, acrobatics, tumbling and object manipulation, students will develop hand-eye coordination, flexibility, strength, motor skills and endurance, whilst having a great time.
Kids will also develop essential life-skills including self-confidence, teamwork and trust. We look forward to seeing your kids cartwheeling and juggling in our amazing space soon!
The Circability Trust was formed in July 2012 to teach circus to all ages and abilities with the aim of celebrating difference. All classes are tailored for the participants’ skill level and are fun and accessible.
Circability is a community circus designed for all! Experienced circus professionals encourage participants to reach their full potential and Circability's aim is to build bridges and break down barriers, using circus as a medium to bring people together.
Circus Arts Classes (Ages 5-7)
This class is suitable for those with very little or no previous experience in dance and teaches basic ballet techniques in a social and supportive environment.
This open level ballet class for adults extends the dancer with its musicality and technical but lighthearted approach to advanced ballet technique. It's suitable for those who have done 6 or more years of ballet and are revisiting the form for enjoyment and fitness.
This is an open level class, suitable for both new beginners and advanced students who long to experience the thrill of learning new circus skills!
