Karla is an experienced and qualified teacher, she teaches retreats, workshops, corporate wellness programs, yoga teacher training courses and private lessons throughout Auckland. She is inspired to share yoga adapted to each individual, enhancing the effects of the practice into everyday life.
Classes are held at the Centre for Contemporary Yoga Studies in Remuera Village. Class size is limited to 16 students. Bookings essential and pre-payment secures your place.
