Pilates is a form of fitness that teaches you how to use the correct muscles necessary for everyday movements and ideal posture.
We work on strengthening smaller muscles, lengthening short muscles and improving imbalances in the body. Pilates will provide you with a better understanding of your body, and an ease of movement for your everyday life.
