Pure Meditation Foundation and Mindfulness Course

This foundation course in Pure Meditation which includes mindfulness tools will give you a take-home practice to help you develop your inner peace and to make the most of every moment. The techniques taught will help you to stay calm and balanced, to improve your focus and feel more 'in charge' of yourself. Often daily stresses can lead to rushing, making poor decisions, emotions coming up and ill health. This course will give you the practical tools to deal in a much better way with these things, so helping you forward in your life.

The Foundation course can also be a step towards the in depth 5-day Pure Meditation Course and retreat. It includes a book, handouts, and ongoing support. Relaxation techniques are taught and there is the time to ask questions and to look at the ways that meditation and mindfulness can help you in your life. The course is not based on a religion and is open to those with all Spiritual beliefs, or those with none.

Research has shown that meditation improves immunity, sleep, memory, creativity, concentration and learning ability. Harvard University found that it was related to anti ageing and healthy ageing - improving weight management, blood pressure, cardiac health and cognitive function.

Held over four sessions. It can also be learned in one to two hours by private appointment.

The course is taught at the beautiful premises of the Balanced Living Centre by Angela Main, an accredited teacher with the Self Realization Meditation Healing Centres worldwide, a member of SRMHC Associates NZ and the Natural Health Practitioners of New Zealand.
