Transformation Hatha Yoga is gentle and relaxing, helping towards balance in body, mind and spirit, it will help to relieve stress and develop good posture and breathing.
The classes are small and held at a retreat centre in Pleasant Road, on the border of Glen Eden and Titirangi. They include gentle, yet powerful in-depth transformation Hatha Yoga exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditative relaxation techniques. Suitable for beginners to advanced.
These classes can help you to develop strength and flexibility, to improve your posture, to relax and manage stress, assist in recovering from injury and also to help you develop greater self awareness and mindfulness. Transformation Hatha Yoga can be a step towards self healing and self mastery by improving your concentration, breathing and sleep.
It can help to manage any physical or mental stress - from computer work, long hours of sitting, working with people, or simply to help you to relax and bring your body and mind into greater harmony and balance. These classes can also help with developing a connection with your whole self - body, mind and Spirit through self awareness. You may choose to learn a meditation and mindfulness practise alongside Transformation Hatha Yoga, to help you take awareness and inner Peace into your daily life.
Classes are kept small to accommodate the needs of all students. The teacher has over 20 years experience of practicing and teaching yoga and is an accredited teacher with the Self Realization Meditation Healing Centre in the UK.

The cost is $75 for six classes or $15 casual. You are welcome to try a class casually before deciding on the term.
