The classes are ongoing at these times throughout the year.
These are Hatha Yoga classes, practising a gentle style, to help build strength and gain flexibility slowly over time, no pushing into difficult positions the body not yet ready for. Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
The focus is more holistic, encouraging harmony of body, mind, breath, and gaining more self-awareness. Great for de-stressing, becoming more calm, peaceful, yet energised and alert.
These classes are suitable for all and includes breathing, awareness techniques, postures/asanas, and finish with a 10-min relaxation, which allows body and mind to absorb the effects of the practice.
You may join the classes at any time, no need to book. Bring your own mat if preferred, otherwise, some mats are provided.
