The class starts with some movements, followed by stronger breathing techniques to wake up the body and mind. Then you will lie on your back in relaxation posture and will be guided through the practice. At the beginning and the end of the Yoga Nidra, you will formulate a resolve, which will be supported towards fulfilment from your subconsciousness.
Once introduced to Yoga Nidra it can develop to one of your favourite practices.
