Hangi Master Rewi Spraggon and Cazador chef Dariush Lolaiy have teamed up with the Smoko Room’s Chef Will Michell for a winter celebration of our earth and fire through the cooking and sharing of kai.
Tunu Tahi ‘cook together’ is a 5-course degustation, with three courses prepared from the hangi. The chefs will cook together, then everyone will eat together.
Join the chefs in the courtyard at the Smoko Room during the cooking of the hangi with an opportunity to ask questions about the preparation of hangi. A beer match is available for an additional price.
