Inspired by fire, every Friday evening Hallertau will have a rotating menu featuring the finest in local lamb, pork and seafood cooked with native wood smoke with vegetable sides. Hopping good beer and fine fare has been the name of the game for Hallertau since 2005.
The finest in locally sourced ingredients, wine and beer all brewed on site. Hallertau is a place that brings people together: along with the carefully selected combination of the finest hops, malt, yeast and water, its ideas and stories are all heaved into the mash tun, and you can taste this liveliness in the beer.
From 4-28 July diners can also enjoy lights and sculpture by local artists Cherise Thomson and James Russ in the biergarten with Fire in the Western Sky.
