NOA Chargrill & Burger's free-range, halal and grass-fed meats are cooked over embers using a traditional Asado technique. Earth and fire inspire the 'Twice-Cooked Awhi Farm Short Ribs, Chimichurri and Greens' dish.
NOA is located in The Eatery at Eastridge on Mission Bay's Kepa Road. Its name derives from the Hebrew word 'nahum', which means warmth and nourishment. The eatery is built around an open wood-burner inspired by the Argentinian Asado (barbeque). The menu showcases influences from across Latin America, North America and the Mediterranean and aims to share the universal comfort and flavour of authentic wood-fired barbeques.
