Vondel have chosen to celebrate the element of earth by using the natural gifts of mother earth for their 'Wild Mushroom & Kawakawa Faux Gras, Orange Wine Jelly & Cashew Ricotta'. This dish is 100% plant based, and can made as a gluten-free dish upon request.
Owner operated neighbourhood eatery Vondel is located in Devonport, which is a short ferry ride from Auckland city. Vondel’s menu changes seasonally, with a particular focus on local, ethical and sustainable produce. Vegan and omni eats are included in their menu as are small batch wine, beer and spirit drinks.
