“I am excited to be returning to tour Australia and New Zealand to talk about The Fear Bubble! I want to share with you how to exponentially grow a stronger mindset, develop your emotional intelligence, and build your mental resilience. The Fear Bubble is a strategy that I have used throughout my life... and one that you can use too.”
Drawing on his book titled The Fear Bubble: Harness Fear and Live without Limits, Ant will expand on previous discussions around mindset and explore the revolutionary concept of the ‘Fear Bubble’— a technique that has allowed him to harness the power of fear and turn it into a positive force. Fear gives Ant his edge, empowering him to seek out life’s challenges — and he wants to show you how you can do the same.
From his time in the special forces, to his role as chief instructor on SAS Australia, to his recent K2 climb, Ant constantly sets himself challenges to keep evolving. During the show, he’ll share powerful anecdotes from his storied career and provide the tactical takeaways that can put you on the path to victory, no matter the challenge.
