We offer 75 minute guided telescope tours through our Southern night sky.
Our guide has 5 years experience as courtyard telescope operator at Auckland’s Observatory & Planetarium. We'll also use our laser to identify our major constellations and navigate with the stars. In addition, we'll learn to tell the difference between a star and a planet, a satellite and a UFO, and a cloud and a galaxy.
We will start with the basics and slowly transition into deep cosmology as the day transitions into night, allowing for casual showgoers to relax and chat while creating the space for budding astronomers to exchange insights.
