In keeping with the mid-century furnishings and Art Deco glam of the hotel it resides within, Housebar is an atmospheric hideaway with a drinks menu paying homage to the hotels historical past.  A soaring glass roofed atrium provides a central focal point for guests and diners at DeBretts Kitchen, where seasonal menus are creative and attuned to local produce.  At street level the iconic Cornerbar, a touch of kiwi retro, is an afterwork institution amongst locals.  It provides the perfect perch from which to catch a conversation or just the hum of the city, washed down with a local craft beer or boutique wine.
