Offering 8 function rooms in varied sizes, Alexandra Park can cater to a wide range of event types and groups, as well having as over 2,000 free car parks on site, superb in-house catering, spacious grounds and more.
Our spaces can hold from 10 - 1000 guests for your corporate or private event.
Our events coordinators will be able to recommend the ideal space and set up to accommodate your plans, and work with you to organise your function - we can take care of all your requirements from AV to decor, and have multiple menus available to choose from.
We can cater to all budgets, and our room hire rates are generally based on half or full day hire.

The great outdoors
As well as a multi-level function centre, Alexandra Park also has spacious grounds, and an extra event space in The Stables.
With 3,600m2 of undercover outdoor space and award winning architectural design, the stables are an incredibly flexible space that can be adapted for your event, and can house up to 2,000 guests.
Alexandra Park covers over 15 hectares of ground in total. Our infield space can be utilised for an outdoor event or you can use it for outdoor activities during your conference or meeting.
Catering and menus
Our in house catering team have designed a selection of menus ranging from tea break and light lunches to platters to full buffets or plated dinners.
Most of our rooms have full bar facilities, and we have a range of beverage package options.

You can choose to have your own private room, or join the atmosphere in one of our restaurants.
We race 41 times a year so there are many dates to choose from, and you have the option of upgrading to different corporate experience options.
If our race dates don’t quite suit your schedule, we can put together a phantom racing package where you can enjoy a mock race night that still includes all the fun of a live one.
