Due Drop Events Centre and Vector Wero Whitewater Park are owned and operated by Waka Pacific Trust which was founded in 2000. One of the Trust’s main goals is to support the community, especially our youth, to develop the skills and tools they need to succeed in school and in life.

In partnership with Ministry of Education, Water Safety NZ and AUT to name a few, we deliver a number of high-quality educational programs in the sports, culture and arts sectors throughout the year either fully funded or heavily subsidized.

The highly flexible and spacious venues can cater to board meetings for 10, conferences for 1500 and extensive exhibitions – all under one roof! Catering is taken care of by the experienced team at Collective, whilst all your technical needs can be managed by MultiMedia Systems, our preferred and in-house AV supplier since we opened.

Due Drop Events Centre is conveniently located between two main motorways and just 10-15 minutes from Auckland’s domestic and international airports. Ramada Suites Manukau is located on-site with 85 accommodation rooms, with more options nearby.

Within the same premises is Vector Wero Whitewater Park, a world class tourism destination of national significance. Add a shot of adrenaline to your meeting or conference and take on the challenge of an outdoor education facility that engages and thrills. Two artificial white-water courses cater for all levels, whilst stand-up paddle boarding can be enjoyed on the tranquil lake. After your team building, enjoy a well-deserved cold beverage and delicious food lakeside at the Sunset Bar which can also be hired for events.

The Sir Woolf Fisher Arena is a great space for various types of events be it an exhibition, concert, graduation ceremony, gala dinner, conference or sporting event – we can do it all.

It's innovative seating that rises into the ceiling allows the venue to open into a pillarless space of 1,800 sqm. This allows the Arena to accommodate 1400 pax in banquet style or 960 pax in cabaret set up. Alternatively, the Arena can be transformed into an exhibition set up, housing approximately 139 standard-sized booths.

The BNZ Theatre offers endless possibilities when it comes to hosting an event in this space. Not only can the theatre host a graduation ceremony or an orchestral performance with tiered seating for 700 pax, but it can also convert to a flat floor space of 400 sqm making room for a gala dinner of 350 pax or a cocktail function with 500 pax.

The theatre also has the flexibility of half-floor/half tiered seating to mix things up.

The Bayleys Boardroom has recently undergone a facelift and is the perfect space for a quick board meeting or team catch up with floor to ceiling windows allowing ample natural lighting to get you through the day.

Bayleys Boardroom covers 50 sqm of space and can accommodate 10 pax in boardroom style and up to 20 pax comfortably in a more relaxed casual set up.

Vector Wero Whitewater Park: The Pump Waterfall is the challenge of challenges! It is the exhilarating 4.5m drop down the highest artificial rafted waterfall in the world and is the highlight of the River Rush Rafting and Kayaking experience. It is a definite adrenaline shot to the system and the thrill is unforgettable.

Vector Wero Whitewater Park is a world class tourism destination beside the Due Drop Events Centre. It is New Zealand's first facility to offer an artificial river and water course for recreation, sports, and emergency services training, school programmes and youth development. It has a Grade 1-2 river course, Grade 3-4 river course, a 9,000 sqm beautifully clear man-made lake, and a 4.5m drop waterfall!
