Aussies tempted to holiday in Auckland for a short break

ATEED has once again partnered with Tourism New Zealand and Auckland International Airport Limited to highlight Auckland as a short break destination to Australian leisure travellers in New South Wales and Queensland.

The campaign ‘Auckland. One City. Two Worlds’ shows the juxtaposition of Auckland’s city experiences against the stunning nature experiences on offer, and emphasises how close in proximity the ‘two worlds’ are.

The campaign includes new interactive footage and imagery, and a 30-second video shot over December 2016 and January 2017, highlighting some of Auckland’s fantastic leisure experiences and attractions, which are just a short flight from Australia’s east coast.

This content gives Aussies a taste of what Auckland has to offer in a number of ways, including the use of interactive and immersive Facebook advertising that allows users to click through to content, view the video and view 360 footage to explore the region by tilting a mobile phone.

The February campaign also included digital display advertising and content developed with The Guardian Australia highlighting key experiences and regions in more detail.
