Applications are now open for stallholder sites at the 2018 Auckland Pasifika Festival, which takes place from Saturday 24 - Sunday 25 March 2018 in Western Springs.
This free and family-friendly festival is one of Auckland’s longest-running and most popular events, celebrating the diverse cultures of Tamaki Makaurau’s Pacific whanau.
Stalls operate from 9am – 5pm, Saturday 24 March and 10am – 4pm, Sunday 25 March 2018. Stall sites are available for food and craft, or to promote community organisations and businesses. There are one and two-day options for stall sites.
The deadline for applications is Friday, 12 January 2018. Applications received after this will incur an additional registration fee.
Applicants must attend a compulsory meeting on Wednesday, 17 January, in Three Kings, when the Pasifika Festival team will give information about the background and layout of the festival, and go over the stall site agreement in detail.
The 2018 Pasifika Festival will be delivered by Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development (ATEED) on behalf of Auckland Council, in conjunction with the Pasifika Festival Villages Trust, which guides the cultural integrity and community accessibility of the event.
