Flexible approach

Harrison Grierson’s newly built 5 Green Star rated Auckland offices in waterfront Parnell provide a stimulating environment for people to work together on exciting projects.

“Architects designed our office as a flexible working environment,” explains Harrison Grierson’s Marketing and Communications Executive, Kylie Raine. “Technology enables us to move around depending on what we’re doing that day. If we need to work from home, we’re connected to the network. It’s easy!”

Managing Director Glen Cornelius led the company through a cultural transition to become a flexible and inclusive workplace where people feel valued. He says that since introducing flexible working, people are happier and more engaged.
