Tū Mai is a half-day facilitated workshop that brings together the people of Tāmaki Makaurau – Auckland to become generous and knowledgeable hosts.

This workshop is designed to inspire and up-skill individuals on how to share manaakitanga with manuhiri/guests, while representing this home with heart, soul and mana. Tū Mai aims to guide all those who engage with visitors to Tāmaki Makaurau to have the best guest experience in the world, ensuring we all thrive within a sustainable visitor economy.
