Smoke on the Coast is a Barbecue competition and festival where competitors are vying to win the Steak Cook-off Association NZ and NZ Barbecue Alliance titles. The competitions involve cooking 8 different cut's of meat across two days to woo the judges and score the best in each category.
The public are invited to visit, but must pre-register to attend. Entry is free, but if you are not registered, you may not attend sorry.
We require judges on both Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th April 2021 to attend judging courses in the morning and then judge up to 40 dishes (a small sample of each - but you need to bring your appetite) on each day. We are accepting entries to judge now, please click the link below to volunteer.
