The Beach House offers 11 guest rooms ranging from spacious oceanside through to courtyard rooms. Two bush cottage rooms, nestled on a hill offer a sense of privacy amongst the bush. Guest areas open out to expansive decks leading down to the white sandy beach on Vivian Bay. The decks are framed by an historic Pohutukawa tree offering additional shade on a hot day. The Beach House restaurant seats up to 40 and is open to both guest and casual visitors - some arrive by luxury yachts moored in the bay. Take a kayak out onto the shelterd bay, or simply relax with a good book. No roads, no cars, no pollution. As night falls the skies open to showcase the stars.
