Figured I would treat myself on my birthday and tried the multi course set menu. Got to try so many different interesting flavours that you wouldn’t experience at most restaurants. The staff were great and just on to it. It felt like with each dish, a new staff member would serve and explain what is on the plate with great detail. Random highlights - the cucumber sorbet was insane, the meringue in the asparagus dish was the best savoury meringue ever, the feijoa/42below vodka infused ice block is a keeper. Will have to save the pennys and try come back again.
