In Japan, butterflies are sacred messengers linked to spiritual beliefs, highlighting reverence for nature. They embody the concept of “wabi-sabi,” celebrating beauty in imperfection and transience. Using origami with recycled wallpaper evokes nostalgia and reflects on personal metamorphosis, reminding us of our deep connection to nature and the ongoing cycle of life.
