Operating Hours

The FIFA Fan Festival at The Cloud is open for all remaining match days during the tournament, including the final on August 20th. The FIFA Fan Festival is a cashless event.


Monday to Friday: 12 pm - 11 pm*

Saturday and Sunday: 10 am - 11 pm*


*Last entry and bar closes 30 minutes before closing hour.

GETTING THERE 

 

Your match ticket gets you free transport on all trains, special event, and scheduled bus services from 4 hours before kick-off. To plan your journey, visit the AUCKLAND TRANSPORT EVENTS PAGE. To travel around Auckland on public transport outside of match days or on ferries, you’ll need an AT HOP card. Access


The FIFA Fan Festival™ is free of charge and open to everyone. Guests with all abilities are welcome and arrangements have been made on-site to ensure your visit is comfortable. The venue is accessible for people with mobility impairments, including bathrooms. There are no steps or steep slopes inside the venue. We encourage people with mobility impairments to use personal forms of transportation, including wheelchairs and scooters (charging ports will be available on-site).Designated service animals (e.g. assistance dogs) are permitted throughout the FIFA Fan Festival™ site. Accessible public transport services are available for guests arriving or leaving the venue. Audio Descriptive Commentary (ADC) is a dedicated accessible service that will be available at certain matches, enabling partially sighted and blind people to follow live matches.

Visitors are allowed to take pictures or record video for personal non-commercial purposes without the use of lighting equipment, camera flash, tripods or monopods.  

 

The event is being filmed. By entering the event premises, you grant FIFA (and any third party authorised by FIFA) the unrestricted right and license to use worldwide and in perpetuity your image, likeness, actions, name, voice and statements in connection with any live or delayed broadcast or other transmission or reproduction of the event, in whole or in part, by means of any media existing now or in the future, for any purpose and without compensation, consideration or notification.

Sustainability Management 


Sustainability has been at the heart of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ from the very start. The FIFA Fan Festival™ is being delivered in line with international sustainability management principles. 


A specific Sustainability Management Plan for the event has been developed, which covers actions to reduce carbon emissions, minimise and recycle waste, efficiently manage water, and provide an inclusive, welcoming, safe and accessible experience for everyone.  Anyone who wishes to report a human rights concern can do so anonymously and safely through the online FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023™ grievance platform.
