Green Papaya Thai Salad

This dish is the perfect addition to a BBQ joint! It's refreshing, crisp and cleanses the palette perfectly with the other food at Blue Ox. The papaya salad is authentically made and adds the well needed flare of Asian fusion to Pukekohe (South Auckland). Out of all green papaya salads I've tried in Auckland this is definitely the best!
