Woodfired Bread with Burrata

Never have I ever had an entree so outrageously perfect in my 24 laps around the sun. The beautifully wood fired, soft, crispy, melt in your mouth bread matched with the creamy delicious burrata makes for one of the best dishes I have ever tried. Absolutely mind blowing.
