Ugly Carrot

Ugly carrot has been on the seasonal menu for as long as I've been coming here (years). It's served with smoked yogurt, pumpkin seed dukkah and light paprika. It's as rustic as it gets but I think that represents Kyle's cooking as a whole, simply thrown together on a plate but made to look and taste perfect. Its always a crowd pleaser and for only $8 you can't get a better snack!
