Auckland Town Hall | Hōro ā-Tāone o Tāmaki Makaurau
For more than 30 years, Beth Orton has made records that exist outside of time, from the pioneering folktronica of Trailer Park to the self-produced Weather Alive. Her new album, The Ground Above, is her most direct and urgent work yet: a record about survival, love and grief, made with a band of trusted collaborators and moving between raw, searching songs and some of the most timeless melodies of her career. Beth returns to Aotearoa with her band for a one-off Auckland show in the Great Hall.
