Braised Lamb Shanks

Devonport is a gorgeous bay side village in the north shore of Auckland, hence why it has become our favourite place to visit, and Manuka Café and Restaurant has proven for years, and continues to be, one of the most iconic places in Devonport. One of my favourite dishes is Manuka's braised lamb shanks, braised and slow cooked, the meat is falls-off-the-bone tender served with the most delicious rich lamb jus I have ever tasted. Try to imagine it without getting hungry!
