This is an event that offers something truly unique, connecting the iconic island to the mainland and making for an exhilarating challenge you’ll never forget.

With swim distances to suit every skill level, there’s an adventure waiting for everyone. Brave the full 4.6km Rangitoto Crossing, take on the 2.3km swim, or bring the family along for the OceanKids event with 100m and 200m options. Designed for our youngest ocean enthusiasts aged 7-12, the OceanKids event is even more special, thanks to Banana Boat covering the cost for every child’s entry—giving kids a taste of the open water without any expense!
