Join us on Saturday 31 October – Sunday 1 November 2026, as Aotea Square and Queen Street come alive with an unforgettable celebration of light, culture, music and community.
We are now officially inviting performer applications for one of Auckland’s most iconic cultural festivals, featuring more than 1,000 performers across multiple stages and performance spaces.
Three stages, countless opportunities:
Aotea Stage – for schools, troupes and sub-troupes
Queen Street Stage – featuring dance workshops, kidszone, singers, dance groups
Street Performance Zone – perfect for energetic, crowd-pleasing showcases
Plus, the Bollywood Dance Battle returns!
Bring your best moves, impress the judges and entertain the crowds in this much-loved festival favourite.
Performer applications close Tuesday 14 July 2026.
