Specialising in authentic herbal teas and handcrafted infusions, this cozy haven invites visitors to unwind and indulge in a moment of serenity.  Recently innovating, they now offer a range of flavoursome sugar-free sparkling teas, providing a refreshing and health-conscious alternative for tea lovers.  Whether you're a tea connoisseur or simply seeking a peaceful retreat, Pause for Tea provides a warm, welcoming atmosphere perfect for relaxing with friends or enjoying some quiet reflection. PAUSE for Tea invites you on an hour-long tea journey that’s as calming as it is creative. You’ll get to taste their refreshing sparkling teas, learn how to blend your own organic brews, and pick up simple ways to bring more mindfulness into everyday moments. Te ao Māori (the Māori worldview) threads through the experience, grounding each sip in stories of land, people and place.

Open to individuals or small groups (up to six people), this hands-on session is suitable for anyone aged seven and up. It’s a chance to try something new, reconnect with yourself and leave with something beautiful to take home. Whether that’s a tea blend, a handcrafted piece or just a sense of calm you didn’t know you needed.
