Dumpling Ace 刀削面馆, Northcote

This is my no 1 lunch place - the dumplings are excellent, fried or in soup. The hand-shaved noodles are just adorable, and I love the hot kung-pao chicken. And while you're here, pick up a container of their chili oil :))

Food is 5/5. The lamb skewers are beautiful. Juicy, fatty, and a good quantity. The mushroom skewers are ok but not worth it for the price. The cold noodle salad and all their other dishes are tasty and comforting. Service is 3/5.
