What to expect: The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King: A Special Screening Festivities from 5.00pm. Doors open at 7.00pm - 10.45pm. An exclusive and unique screening of The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King in our award-winning space with alternative commentary of the film from special guests and Wētā Workshop founders, Richard Taylor and Tania Rodger.
Hear behind-the-scenes tales from the epic movie, whilst being surrounded by the fantasy worlds, miniature castles, landscapes, characters, robots, spaceships, and creatures housed in our movie-making experience. A truly unique space to watch the film.
There's also a pre-movie event with themed characters, Special Effect applications, a food and drink bar, photo opportunities, and deals on Wētā Cave items for you to enjoy. VIP Experience (only 52 tickets available): Exclusive Q&A with Richard and Tania. 6.00pm - 6.45pm.
