We are celebrating this day of love with an evening of fine dining, drinks, music* and keeper talks delving into the weird and wonderful world of animal courtship display.
Te Pō Hono is all about connecting, with nature and with each other. Whether you are visiting with a date or mates, pals or gals – this will be a unique Saturday night out!
And for an extra Valentine’s treat – this is an adult only evening!
Adult Annual Pass Members (18 years +) – free! Please present pass on entry. Last admissions at 7pm.
*music is at the band rotunda and is weather dependent.

Getting there

If you’re driving the zoo is just a few minutes' drive from central Auckland. There is plenty of parking available on site. You can take a bus from central Auckland, with several routes stopping right outside the zoo. Alternatively, you can take the Western Line train to Morningside Station, which is about 30 minutes’ walk from the zoo.
